• How much are tables?

Dealer table pricing will be announced soon.

• What can I sell in my booth?

A complete list of acceptable and banned items are fully laid out in the Vendor’s Agreement inside the application, but live steel/bladed items are not allowed and food is only allowed in prepackaged form. 18+ material is also allowed so long as it is censored if put on display and all sales are ID checked.

• What is the status of my application?

All applicants will receive a reply as they are processed. You will either receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps, or notification that you have been placed on the waiting list for an available spot to open. Please do not send messages inquiring about the status of your application prior to receiving either of those notices.

• Is there a waiting list I can get on?

Yes! We continue accepting applications well after vendor spaces have filled out. We know that cancellations happen sometimes and don’t want anyone to be left out.

• How do you choose vendors?

We choose our vendors on a FCFS (First come, first served) juried system. We want to make sure that there is a wide variety of merchandise available since that is good for both you as vendors, and our attendees!

• Do I get memberships with my table(s)?

Yes, each vendor will receive 2 (two) complimentary memberships for the weekend. Additional memberships may be requested on a case-by-case basis.

• Can I sublet my table(s)?

No, only one company can use a single booth space.

• When can I set up and what are the room hours?

All of this information will be sent to accepted applicants in advance of the con.
